MunroSonic is based in the UK. Our designers are here, our factory is here, our office is here and so is our warehouse. This means we’re able to offer an exclusive seven-day loan service in the UK so that you can experience the sound of MunroSonic under no obligation. We are also offering this service through our international distributors. Feel free to get in contact with us and we will assist you in arranging a loan with your local distributor.

Technical Support & Warranty

In the unlikely event that you have any technical issues with your MunroSonic product, registered systems will be covered under our ‘zero-downtime’ two-year warranty. Unregistered systems will receive a one-year warranty as standard.

To claim under the ‘zero-downtime’ two-year warranty, please return your MunroSonic product to the retailer that you bought it from. They will be able to replace your system there and then from stock (where available).

 

Product Registration

Register your MunroSonic product for a two-year, Zero-Downtime, free-replacement warranty. This means that, in the unlikely event that a MunroSonic product, purchased from an official MunroSonic dealer, lets you down, it will be replaced with a new one at the place of purchase from stock (where available).
